How do I order online?
Click on one of our product categories or use the search
page if you are having trouble finding a particular item.
Once you have found what you are looking for click on the order button
to add to your shopping cart.
You will see your shopping cart which will list cost for each item and
the quantity you've ordered. You can change your mind later and easily add
or subtract items from your shopping cart.
Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. When you have completed
shopping click on the Shopping
Cart.
You can make any changes to your order anytime you want. You can remove
items, add or subtract from the quantities ordered by hitting the buttons
provided in the shopping cart. Many item have limited quantities. You will
not be able to make any changes after you check out. Contact us email at

How will I get confirmation that my order shipped?
You will receive an initial E-mail confirmation that your order has been
received.
You will receive a second email when the order shipped. This email will
also include a tracking number (if available) .

How long does it take for an order to delivered?
This depends on the country the order is being shipped to, here are the
estimated delivery times. We use Canada Post and Purolator courier. We

We accept money order payments. Be sure to put your order number on your
money order. If money order is not receive within 15 days of the order date
it will be cancelled.

fraud because the person who can provide the card's CVV/CVC must also have
the card physically in his or her possession.

When is my credit card charged?
Your order will be charged to your credit card within 24 hours of shipping.
Freight/Mailing charges will be included.

What is your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns for an exchange,
credit, or refund within 10 days of the item(s) recieved date. All items
are shipped with a tracking number. Items must be in their original condition,
not worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange,
credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping, handling
and 15% restocking fee. In the event that
the item is unavailable for replacement, a refund will be processed. If
we feel that the return policy is being abused we reserve the right to
refuse any exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed via the
method used for payment.
How to Return an Item- Please include the packing slip and any warranty
cards that you received with your shipment, indicate the reason for the
return, and the action you'd like us to take. We will exchange or refund
the purchase price of the item.
Send packages securely wrapped and postage-paid to the address indicated
on the packing slip. If you cannot find your packing slip, please email
Customer Service
Dept for the correct return address. When emailing us about your
order, please place your order number in the subject heading so we may expedite
your request.
When sending back please insure the item and include a tracking number.
Woodbnice.com is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in
transit.
Crediting your refund. Once we have received and processed your return,
we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit
card. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. It may
take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.
